I bought a bottle of albumen (I think it's called "white" too). It contains the white of 30 eggs! I didn't know what to do with so many eggs, so I've been searching in the book "1080 Recetas de Cocina" by Simone Ortega. I found a "egg white cake" recipe. This is the result.
